Service Refund
At Extensions Hair And Wigs- Lilian Hair Extensions, we are in business of making every client happy and satisfied. We will be willing to take down and rework client hair at no cost if the client inform us the next day that they are not satisfied with the hair style. they are required to return to the salon the next day for us to takedown/undo the hairstyle at no cost to them and it can only be rework/restyle at and by Lilian hair extensions stylist. we will also be will to only rework ,not replace client hair style (Only pertain to certain hairstyles) at no cost, if a client inform us after 7-14 days that they are not satisfied with the service performed. We will charge 50% cost, up to full service fee to perform a new service or rework on the initial service after 14 days.
